Refund Policies

Refunds will be provided for any cancelled or altered program made by the Community Centre.

Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the 2nd class and will not be issued after this time unless accompanied by a medical note.

A $4.00 admin fee for each program will be charged for refunds within these guidelines.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds for payment made by cheque may take up to 14 days to process.
