How to Register

Register in Person

Register Online

2. Begin by browsing available programs here.
3. Ensure that you use the Drop down menu under location to select Hillcrest Centre, Hillcrest Ice Rink or Hillcrest Aquatic Centre depending on the program you would like to register in. Once you've decided on the course of your choice, check the availability status to see if there are still open spots available.
4. NOTE: Even if the course is full, you can still select and register for the course, but you'll be placed automatically on a sequential wait list. Courses that are closed are not available for registration or waitlist placement.
5. Click on the "Add to My Cart" button. The next window will prompt you to login to your password-protected customer account. If you already have an account setup, input your password and complete the registration.
6. If you don't yet have an account, you can apply by selecting "Register Now" next to the "Don't have an account yet?".
7. You cannot proceed with the registration process until you receive your Customer ID and Password via email. Requests are processed during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) and are also processed evenings and weekends (usually within 24 hours). A working email address is required to complete the user account request.

Special Needs

The facilities and programs offered are considered opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. Volunteer support may be available should you or a family member require support to participate in any of our programs. Before registering, please call the Integration Program Assistant at 604-257- 8500 for more information. For information about wheeelchair soccer and hockey at Riley Park, contact Margaret at 604-251-2030.

Financial Assistance

Riley Park Community Association at Hillcrest Centre may be able to assist members, with a current Leisure Access Card, who are in need by subsidizing one seasonal program per year up to 50%. Please complete a Financial Assistance Request form available from the office. The requests will be processed within one week by the Recreation Programmer responsible for that area of programs. Leisure Access Cards Vancouver Park Board discount admission cards are available for individuals and families on limited income. Please inquire at the Centre office.
