Daycamps
You can register for Hillcrest day-camps on-line. We do ask that you fill out the participant information/liability form before you come to the first session. Please click on the form below, print and fill out the form and return it to Riley Park at Hillcrest by the first day of camp. Only camps of over 2 hours require this form to be filled out.
Licensed Preschool
To expedite monthly payments for our licensed preschool we ask that you print and return our credit card authorization form to expedite the processing of your monthly payments. This informtion is stopred in a locked safe and in a secured area. Please return the form to the front desk by the end of May.
