Community Bursaries

RPCA Grade 12 Bursary Application

The Riley Park Community Association (RPCA) at Hillcrest Centre offers up to two (2) five hundred dollar ($500.00) bursaries to two successful student applicants from any of the following Secondary Schools in our area:

• Sir Charles Tupper Secondary
• Eric Hamber Secondary
• John Oliver Secondary

Criteria

The successful applicant must be enrolled in grade 12 and proceeding to some form of post-secondary education and should demonstrate an active community volunteer history during high school years with preference given to students who were involved with the Hillcrest Centre.

Process

1. The completed application form and required documentation must be submitted directly to the executive committee at the HIllcrest Centre by May 10th, 2012.
2. The school will be informed of their successful candidates prior to their graduation ceremonies.
3. A member of the Riley Park Community Association Board of Directors will present the bursary to the successful candidate at the graduation ceremonies.
4. Upon receipt of proof of registration, a cheque will be issued to the successful candidate.
