Birthday Parties
at The Aquatic Centre at Hillcrest (Saturdays & Sundays ONLY)

For just $195.00, your party includes:

• A party room for 1.5 hours furnished with a microwave and a mini fridge
• One leader who will be available to assist with your party
• Leader can also entertain the children with crafts or games
• Your party room will be decorated with balloons and streamers
• Maximum of 20 people in the party room (includes parents and children combined)
• 15 wristbands for access to the pool before or after your party room reservation
  • Additional fees will apply if party is over 15 for the pool entry only
• Children under the age of 3 years are free
• Your party can swim before, after or before AND after your room rental
• The leader will assist with your clean up

Are there any rules?

• The leader will not be available when the party is in the pool
• When in the pool, children under the age of 8 need to be within arms reach of a parent. (The ratio is 1 parent to 5 children)
• Parties must bring their own food, cutlery, plates, etc. NO glass please!

What is the refund policy?

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking
• Cancellations require 72 hours notice and are subject to a $10.00 administration fee
• Refunds will not be issued to party cancellations of less than 72 hours notice.
